Background
For more than 30 years, the ranch has focused on selecting Red/Black Angus genetics that thrive in a low input grazing system.
Practices
The cattle enjoy a natural life, with a diet from birth to harvest consisting solely of mother's milk, high-quality native and improved grasses and legumes, grazing-formulated vitamins and minerals, and clean water. The beef is processed at its peak, dry-aged for full flavor, cryovac packaged, and quick frozen.
