Hazelnut Hill Orchard and Store

Ryan and Rachel Henderson own and operate Hazelnut Hill, located in the fertile Willamette Valley near Eugene, Oregon. In 2016, they acquired commercial confectionary and roasting equipment, expanding their operations to include a gift shop and mail order distribution. The 400-acre farm has become known for its high-quality hazelnut products, all grown and processed on-site.

Each order of hazelnuts is roasted on demand, ensuring freshness and quality. The candy is handmade in a commercial-grade kitchen, with Rachel developing and testing all recipes. This tree-to-table approach allows for full control over the production process, from growing the hazelnuts to creating the final products, ensuring a high standard of quality and traceability.

The farm features a gift shop where visitors can purchase their hazelnut products, and they also offer mail order distribution for customers who prefer to shop from home.
